I spy...

During Tre's quiet time we made these darling "I spy" bottles. A little rice & some fun little nick-nacks & a list of things to "spy" & you have got yourself a fun little "I spy" game! Poor britt needed to be convinced that the bottle of rice was NOT a snack! The game was a big hit!

Today the fun Finklea Fam stopped in for a visit while the Daddys had OPP lab, The kids were having so much fun chasing, playing, jumping, & being little ones. I was raising the blinds in the boy's bedroom & placed Maddox on Tre's bed (Mommy mistake #1) Our Big guy Tre was giddy to have friends over & went to jump on his bed not noticing his tiny baby brother. The poor guy jumped right on him! Maddox let out the slightest whine..but Tre, dear sweet Tre was over taken by remorse! He felt so sad & was so worried about his baby Maddox. I kept telling him it was okay, that Maddox was okay & that he knew Tre loved him & it was an accident, but he STILL felt so sad. I asked Tre if he wanted to hold Maddox to see that he was okay, but he was too nervous he would hurt him again. Finally after many hugs & kisses he began to play again. What a tender hearted guy we have. He really loves his family. Today was a prime example of how much he treasures his baby brothers. He sure is a great example to Britton & even to his little Maddox. Thank goodness we have eternity with these little boys!
