The boys went to bed dressed for a 30 hour drive wednesday night. They were too excited to see Omah & Opah. We woke them at 2am & tucked them into their car seats & drove & drove & drove & drove &...you get the point.
30 hours + 4 kids?! Did you have the POST-trip crazies?! ;) We travel quite a bit, (3 hrs to parents, 5 hrs to grandparents, 6 to out of state friends, 12 to OBX, etc). I know DVD players, snacks, and coloring books are lifesavers. but I'm guessing you've found even better tricks for rides that long!
